Nick Luizza

Co-founder & CEO, Beeline Holdings

Nick brings more than two decades of experience building businesses in the mortgage, title, and real estate services industries. He previously founded Linear Title & Closing, which grew into a national title agency with an A+ BBB rating and multiple appearances on the Inc. 5000 list before being acquired by Real Matters (TSX: REAL) — where Nick went on to serve as Executive Vice President. A graduate of Louisiana State University, Nick founded Beeline in 2019 with a simple goal: take the friction, jargon, and outright complexity out of borrowing against a home. He has been leading the fast-growing company as CEO ever since, running it out of Providence, Rhode Island.

Greg Ellis

Co-founder

Greg is a co-founder of Beeline and one of the architects of Beeline Equity Now. A Gen X-er with degrees in Commerce and Economics from Griffith University and an early career at State Street, Greg has spent the last fifteen years building consumer-facing fintech businesses on both sides of the Pacific — including co-founding Nimble, one of Australia's first fintech consumer lenders. His strength is taking a new category like co-ownership and making simple, approachable customer experiences that feel human. He lives in Barcelona with his lovely wife Miriam and his 3 and 5 year old kids who easily leapfrogged his Spanish skills.

Jess Kennedy

Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer

Jess is a co-founder of Beeline and serves as Chief Operating Officer of Beeline Holdings (Nasdaq: BLNE). With fifteen years of legal and real estate experience, she's held the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer role at Beeline, and before that worked at Solidifi Title & Closing, LeClairRyan, and Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP — handling complex real estate finance and title transactions. She holds a JD from Florida State University College of Law and was named a HousingWire Rising Star in 2021. Jess is the person who keeps things running, the legal and operational backbone behind Beeline Equity Now's co-ownership structure, and — by her own admission — the company's chief snack orderer.

Cameron Slabosz

Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Cam is a co-founder of Beeline and serves as Chief Technology Officer. With over twenty years of experience designing and building fintech platforms, Cam previously led product at Nimble in Australia — progressing from software engineer to Head of Product — before co-founding Affinity. At Beeline, he's the architect behind Hive (the production engine that closes loans in as little as 14 days) and the underlying platform that powers Beeline Equity Now. Cam operates from the Gold Coast, where he can occasionally be coaxed away from a whiteboard and into the surf.

Johan Kriegbaum

Head of AI and Optimization

Johan leads AI and optimization at Beeline, making every touchpoint faster and smarter — including launching Bob, the first AI agent in US mortgage history. His career sits at the intersection of tech, consumer behaviour and AI, with prior stops in performance marketing and CRM optimization at Australian fintech Cake. He holds a degree from Griffith University. At Beeline Equity Now, Johan is the one quietly making sure every part of the journey — from Bob's first hello to the instant offer to the deed signing — gets a little sharper every week.

Jason Johnson

Chief Marketing Officer

Jason is Chief Marketing Officer at Beeline Equity Now, leading acquisition, retention and data. Before Beeline, he ran a global portfolio of 50+ brands at Cupid Media — reaching more than 200 million customers — and embedded machine learning and automation into the marketing stack long before it was fashionable, helping power Cupid's acquisition by Social Discovery Group. His career began at the State Government's Department of Innovation, where early exposure to hi-tech industries pushed him into digital start-ups for good.
